  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure secure tracking of your handcrafted goods.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and dust bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
